Attributes such as confidence, motivation, speaking ability and writing level are difficult to automate. For example, a company is looking for a training manager One candidate is rated as 6 speaking level and another (rated by a different manager) is rated as a 8. How do you make sure both managers are rating with similar critique? And, how do you automate the attributes I indicate along with education, work experience, references, internal experience?
