It is bordered on the north by the Arctic Ocean, on the east by the North Atlantic Ocean, on the southeast by the Caribbean Sea, and on the west by the North Pacific Ocean; South America lies to the southeast.

North America covers an area of about 24,709,000 square kilometers (9,540,000 square miles), about 4.8% of the planet's surface or about 16.5% of its land area. How did the political factors contribute to the enslavement of Africans in North America?
Q. How did the economic, geographic, and political factors contribute to the enslavement of Africans in North America?

A. It had a lot to do with it from both sides. Africans were selling there own people who's villages were captured. This helped Africans because at the time the West cost of Africa wasnt able to get a lot of things imported in so selling the people allowed them to pay a lot more for people to deliever to there region. It helped America cause this place has always been built on cheap labor. Political wise it was a lot larger in Africa. IT allowed some people to take power while others lost everything. In North America getting slaves didnt hit polotics until the slaves had been here for a while and some decided that they felt slaves were human also.

A. The redwoods in Muir woods are sweet. The Kibab national forest above the Grand Canyon on the Kibab plateau is nice to visit in the summer, the East Texas woods are nice too. I know of a rather nice pine forest at high altitude but, you have to be invited.
